Wicked Chopsticks Vector

Here we have a vector cartoon of myself, whom is actually a complete weenie BUT since this is toon'd, I made myself a little more wicked with the help from some alchemized magical chopsticks. Getting started was the most difficult part, and I started with the head and facial features. The skirt was my favorite part!
